Developer Appeals
Against Planning Refusal
Banks Developments, who
applied for planning to erect a wind monitoring mast at Bickerton
has lodged its appeal against Crewe and Nantwich Borough Council’s
(CNBC) decision to refuse planning permission. CNBC refused
planning application on 7th February this
year.
Please
see Planning
Application for
more information.
The appeal lodged with the
Planning Inspectorate in Bristol, has a start date of
17th April and we have until 23rd May to make
appropriate representations.
We will be posting more
information about what we can all do to help fight this appeal in
the next few days, and we will email Members and the Email Group
with that information.
In the meantime we have
updated our Get Involved pages.
